OUR TEAM
Amber Davis
Principal
Amber started her career working at a boutique immigration firm focused on highly complex individual cases for entrepreneurs and employees with extraordinary ability or important work in the national interest. She then went on to gain many years of experience working with two different large immigration firms, which included the largest immigration firm in the world. She advised numerous high-tech companies of all shapes and sizes, from startups to top ten Fortune 500 companies, and from nonprofits to companies in the IPO process, all with vastly different policies and approaches to immigration support for employees.

Amber has taken her expertise and redirected it to focus on advising individual employees who are working in the U.S. on visas. Your employer and their attorney do not represent you as an individual in most cases. You deserve to have your own representation to ensure your interests are advanced. There is no substitute for having an attorney on your side, advocating solely for you, in the complex world of immigration law.
Amber is passionate about making the immigration process easy for those who choose to make the USA their home. Waypoint Immigration uses modern technology and a simple scheduling interface so you can speak with an attorney as quickly as you need via video call. Delivery of your final case or advice is conveniently scheduled, so you know exactly when to expect your attorney to take action.

Amber thinks creatively about solutions and builds deep expertise not only in the letter of the law but also in procedures and systems that are only known through practice. When you work with Amber, you will retain an advocate who is relentless in exploring options, explaining risk, and ensuring you have the best possible advice. Amber will give you all your options and recommend the best path according to her experience.
Alexandra Law
Senior Counsel
Alexandra is a highly skilled immigration attorney, with extensive experience at top ranking immigration firms. She began her career at the world’s largest immigration firm, where she successfully handled a wide range of immigration matters for leading Fortune 500 technology clients. As such, she is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal support.
